Jan. 27th...

Hey Mommy...we tried putting up a Blog yesterday but got kicked out and lost everything we wrote...which took long time. Anyways...we didn't do much yesterday.

Today Chloe got up, finished half her homework, practiced piano, finished a picture Ms. C (brown noser)...packed everything and had time to spare to help Sethy get dressed. School was very good...piano lessons went well also (I didn't forgot to go at 10:30).

Kirsten and Sethy went to LegoLand and played for a while (built some cars). We went over to the mall and Daddy got us a couple more winter hats/masks...Sethy looks like spiderman.

Tonight is Winter Carnival at Awana...Chloe invited Maddie M. so Daddy will take us and pick us up. Kirsten would only go if she got a winter mask so her chin doesn't get cold (sounds like her mother).

Anyways...the kids only asked 10 times today when Mommy and Dom are coming home...Daddy only asked 20 times.

Anyways...we miss you Mommy.

Jan. 25th...

Well the kids had a good long sleep last night. Sethy and Kirsten were still a little tired this morning and were putting up a fuss about going to church. I decided I would stay home with them and let Chloe go with Scott and Elizabeth. When Scott showed up...Sethy decided he wanted to go...thank goodness I had him dressed.

Kirsten and I had some alone time which was really nice and overdue. We played a couple games and just relaxed. Scott dropped off Chloe and Sethy (along with Timbits and a wonderful coffee...they are the best!!!). After lunch we all watched a movie and had a nice quiet time...no one slept but no one jumped off the fire place or anything so it was nice.

We all went outside and played in snow for a while...however Kirsten is her mothers daughter and complained about be cold most of the 15 mins. she was outside (it was -15 in the wind). Chloe and Sethy stayed out for 30 mins. but that was long enough.

While I did some cleaning the kids played and did some colouring...they played very well today together.

Another simple day in the cold weather...sorry no Lions to play with here.

Jan. 24th...

Hey Mommy. We all had a good day today...well Sethy was a bit of a bear (overtired) therefore wouldn't participate in swimming lessons this morning. Kirsten and Chloe did amazing at swimming...Chloe had her favourite teacher today...it's truly remarkable how a teenage boy can motivate her (I'm scared).

In the afternoon we went over to Nana and Papa's to go tobogganing. Kirsten decided stay back and help Nana make chocolate brownies and some other dishes (marshmallows and Carmel chips, fruit). Sethy had a blast...he loves going fast!!!

After diner we went home, had a bath, watched a movie and went to bed...by this time Sethy was beside himself. However within a minute of a freak out session he was out cold (at 8:30). Hopefully he'll feel better in the morning...church @ 9.

It was good to talk to you this morning...please be careful with the monkeys mommy.

Jan. 23rd....

Hey moma mia...its your little man Sethy!!! I love sleeping in my bunk bed and daddy is very proud of me...I still give him a hard time when I go to bed but I think he likes it...he just looks upset. I was a little tired this morning and so was Kirsten Smirsten so we had many time outs this morning...I like it when daddy sends me to the bathroom for my time out...it gives me time to do my thing. After lunch Elizabeth picked Kirsten and me up to go skating...I had a blast and went really really fast. Kirsten had fun but she was a little tired therefore not her normal bounce off the wall self. Leslie went along too.

When daddy picked us up at 3pm we went and got some movies...went to get a few groceries and picked up Chloe...I was sleeping the entire time plus daddy carried me in the house and let me sleep for a while on the couch. Those two women made me so tired.

We were all in bed by 8pm because daddy wants happy kids tomorrow for swimming lessons (I really like my swimming teacher...Tom Tom the leper cone...went to school with nothing....but I don't like the girl assistant...she's pretty but I don't like her...she's a girl and I'm shy).

Anyways...the girlie's have been sleeping since 8:15pm (see photo's) and guess who is still awake at 9:45?? ME!!!

Come home soon mommy...daddy doesn't tickle as well as you do plus his bed time singing....stinks.

Jan. 22nd (2 weeks)

Well Mommy...it's been two weeks...we miss you sooooooooooooooooo much.

Today was another typical day with Daddy (as for the school work stuff...we'll wait for you...he doesn't know what he's doing...you're the best teacher Mommy). Chloe was her typical good morning spirit (bla bla bla...she is just to happy in the morning)...she finished her piano practicing (with her iPod on...and her music was perfect...amazing how she can listen to music and play different music at the same time...Daddy was not impress and made her turn off the music).

Daddy lets me wear it like this in public...just kidding.


Daddy got me an iPod too so I can dance and sing loudly all the time...at least I'm not teasing Sethy when I'm listening to music (I think this was a motivator for Daddy...um...how can I use this tactic to get more out of Daddy?).

Sethy got a new Wii game..."Go Diego Go"...he is good and is learning how to share with his sisters (even if we don't know how to use the controls and drive the jeep as good as he can...he keeps saying "Crazy Girly Drivers").

Went for a swim again...Daddy says its good to tire us out...why does he think its good to get us tired Mommy?

Chloe went to Chloe M. to the Pentecostal Church after school for some kind of KidzKior (I told Daddy that is not how you spell Kior)...I wanted to go but Daddy said he was afraid I might start raising my hands all the time...he said I'm already "charismatic"...what ever that means Daddy.

The best part of the day was going to the Martin's for dinner...can that Mrs. Lynn ever cook!!! it was great because I got to play with Max...Sethy played with Ben...and the two Chloe's did what ever they do. We got home around 8:30...and guess what...Daddy didn't let us watch a movie...bad Daddy. We all were asleep by 9...I guess we were a little tired (plus Daddy said he would flush our iPods down the toilet if we didn't' go to sleep immediately...crazy Daddy).

Anyways...it was great to hear your voice today...we were afraid you might only speak Swahili!!! Sure hope Dominic likes Bananas, Rice, Apples and Treats (that is what the T stands for isn't it...sorry about your luck...did I ever tell you the song about this...it goes Momma Mia, Papa pia, Dominic's got the ...Daddy just told me not to finish the rest).

Jan. 20th...

Yesterday afternoon Seth and Kirsten went to Elizabeth's house and had a wonderful day...Chloe and I joined them for the most wonderful dinner (the kids asked me afterwards if I could cook like that?...I told them that is a gift only given to mothers). It was a wonderful evening.

Today was finally sunny but still cold.
Chloe stayed home from school today so we could take her to the doctors...she's fine and hopefully the pain in her neck will settle down in the next day or two (she doesn't have a fever and feels fine). We ended up getting her a haircut also (Lisa didn't take off much...I think Chloe told her not to take much off when I was playing with Seth and Kirsten).

Kirsten and Seth and I went to Michael's yesterday and purchased some birdhouses. They all spent the morning painting the houses...they look great.

This afternoon Chloe worked on her homework, finished her Awana work, piano practice and was finally able to watch some little house on the prairie. Th e kids played wonderful today.

Heidi just picked up Kirsten and Chloe for Awana. Kirsten said she'll say her bible books tonight...she didn't feel like it last week.

Glad to hear you're doing fine mommy...hope Dominic is well and having some fun with you (you are the greatest mommy).
